For over 36 years Frances L. Martin has provided dedicated legal services, personal attention, and reliable representation to the South Bay.
Frances received her JD from Pepperdine University of Law in 1978, and in 1979 was admitted to the State Bar of California. She completed her Tax Certificate program from Northrup University of Law in 1986, and in 1991 achieved her Specialization in Family Law from the California Board of Legal Specialization.
An active member of the legal community, Frances L. Martin is currently a member of both the Estates Section and Family Law Section of the LA County Bar Association. She has been appointed on numerous cases with the LA Superior Court probate volunteer panel and has served as mediator for the Probate Department.
